Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect what you give us to schedule your demo and serve your membership, we use it for that, and we never sell it. This website never asks for card or bank details.

Harbor is a membership powered by the Aldenport member platform and operated by Aldenworth Consulting LLC ("we", "us"). This policy covers this website and the Harbor member portal.

What we collect

When you request a demo: your first and last name, phone number, email (optional), the times that suit you, your time zone, your answers to a few short questions (what you'd like help with, whether you own a timeshare or vacation package, whether you've traveled recently) and your consent choice, with the date and time you gave it.
When you become a member: the details needed to run your membership, such as your mailing address, your plan, your travel preferences and what you ask us to help with. Payments are processed by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
Automatically: basic technical information your browser sends, such as device type, pages viewed and approximate location from your IP address, used to keep the site secure and working. Some pages load a script from an affiliate network to confirm this site belongs to us and to track referrals to partner offers.

How we use it

To schedule and hold your demo, and to tell you whether you qualify.
To provide the membership: your portal, bookings, savings, reminders and support.
To contact you by phone, text and email about your demo and your membership, as you agreed.
To keep Harbor secure, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.

Calls and texts

If you check the consent box, Aldenworth Consulting LLC may call, text and email you at the number and address you give, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or HELP for help. We do not share or sell your mobile number or text consent with anyone for their own marketing.

We keep it in-house

We do our best to keep every member's and client's information inside Harbor. Your records live in our own member platform, handled by our own team, and wherever we can, we do the work for you ourselves rather than handing your details to someone else. When a partner is involved, we pass only what that one request needs.

If you choose to use a partner's service, such as booking a trip, buying insurance or redeeming an offer, that partner's own terms of service and privacy policy apply to what you share with them. We choose partners that are real, established companies, and we tell you when you are leaving Harbor for a partner's site.

Who we share it with

We share information only with companies that help us serve you, and only what each one needs:

Service providers that run our systems (hosting, database, email and phone delivery, payments).
The partner that fulfils something you ask for, such as a travel booking, an insurance quote or a member discount, when you choose to use it. Their own privacy policies apply to what they do.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for up to 24 months, and member records for as long as you are a member plus the period the law requires for business records. Some tools delete what you give them sooner; for example, a document you keep in the Harbor Scanner is deleted after 24 hours.

How we protect it

Information travels encrypted, access is limited to the people who need it, each member can see only their own records, and every sign-in is recorded and reported to the account owner. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects you.

Your choices

Ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it.
Stop texts with STOP, stop emails with the unsubscribe link, or ask us not to call.
Members can update most details themselves in the portal.

Children

Harbor is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above, and tell members about significant changes before they take effect.
