Terms of Service

These terms apply to this website and the Harbor member portal. Harbor is a membership powered by the Aldenport member platform and operated by Aldenworth Consulting LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or the portal you agree to them. Members also receive a membership agreement at enrollment; if the two differ, the membership agreement governs the membership.

What Harbor is

Harbor is a consulting membership: member travel pricing, everyday savings, a trip rescue desk, member tools and consultation hours. Harbor is not a travel agency or travel club, not an insurer, and not a law firm. It does not sell, buy, cancel or transfer timeshares, vacation ownership or points. Consultations are guidance, not legal advice.

Membership is by approval

Requesting a demo does not make you a member. Each membership is reviewed and approved individually, and we may decline a request. Every cost, the one-time enrollment and the monthly membership, is shown to you together before you decide. Nothing is charged on the demo call.

Our partners are real companies

Harbor's travel pricing, savings, insurance and other benefits are delivered through real, established companies: our own partners and the partner programs of our associates. Every brand shown on this website is available to members through one of those partner programs. Brand names and logos identify those companies and belong to their owners; showing them does not mean the brand sponsors Harbor.

Your information stays in-house as much as we can manage. We do our best to keep members' and clients' information inside Harbor, and when a partner is involved we pass only what that request needs. See our Privacy Policy.
When you use a partner's service, that partner's own terms of service and privacy policy apply to it. Travel is booked through an independent booking partner, and insurance is quoted, sold and serviced by a licensed insurance partner; their prices, availability and cancellation rules apply to what you buy from them. We tell you when you are leaving Harbor for a partner's site.
Savings vary by merchant, location, destination and dates, and partner offers can change.
We may receive a commission or referral fee from a partner. It never changes your price.

Cancellation and refunds

A new membership can be cancelled within 14 days for a full refund.
You can cancel the monthly membership at any time from Billing in your member portal or by calling us.
If you come back within 15 days of cancelling, we reinstate you at no charge.
Your membership price is locked for as long as you stay a member, unless you change plans or add something.

Your account

Keep your sign-in private. Each account is for one member household. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it; every sign-in is reported to you and can be locked with one press.

Using the site and portal

Don't misuse Harbor: no attempts to reach other members' information, interfere with the service, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access that puts members or the service at risk.

Content

The Harbor and Aldenport names, logos, design and content are ours. Partner brands belong to their owners.

Limits

We work hard to keep information accurate and the service available, but the site and portal are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for a partner's products or services, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and tell members about significant changes before they take effect.
